Small Business Strategist | Ecommerce Educator Sarah brings together retail strategy, ecommerce education, marketplace experience, trend insight, and straight forward guidance.
Through her Define, Design, Deliver framework, she helps makers, vintage and secondhand resellers, and independent retailers clarify their brand, improve how they sell, and create a more focused path forward.
As the founder of Flourish with Sarah, she sets the tone for a community built on practical advice, honest conversations, and genuine support.
Brandi Inman
Brandi brings more than 20 years of professional photography experience, along with a strong eye for detail, thoughtful composition, and a natural ability to make products look their best.
Her work blends technical skill with creative direction, helping brands showcase their products in a way that feels polished, professional, and engaging. Brandi has been part of Flourish since the very beginning and has photographed hundreds of products for our community members over the years.
She is also one of the photographers we trust for headshots at our Flourish Fusion events helping our members show up confidently and professionally in their own brands.

Leah is an email marketing professional with an MBA and nearly two decades of experience working with brands of all sizes. Her background includes email strategy, Etsy, creative businesses, vintage event curation, and more than 20 years in the wine industry.
She has been a longtime email marketing advisor for Flourish and now works as a freelance email marketing consultant. Leah also operates VintageLandia, a vendor booth featuring vintage and antique finds. She lives in Napa Valley with her partner, Michael.

Photographer and mentor Zulayra “Zuly” McKim is the powerhouse creative behind Lulufox Photo. With a background in computer animation and digital photography, Zuly brings both technical skill and creative energy to her work in branding, lifestyle, and photography.
She shares her experience as a mentor inside the Flourish community. Helping other small businesses grow is how Zuly brings her passion for creativity and entrepreneurship to life. She lives in Florida with her husband, two kiddos, and four furbabies.

Joanna is the educator and creative mind behind Learning with Joanna, where she helps small business owners selling on Etsy build confidence through clear, thoughtful guidance.
Her teaching philosophy is rooted in helping students understand the “why” behind each step, not just what to do next.
By breaking things down in a way that feels approachable and practical, Joanna helps her students move toward their goals with a stronger foundation, a deeper understanding of their business, and the confidence to keep growing.

Dr. Rachna Jain is a psychologist, strategist, and founder who helps creators and small business owners navigate visibility, AI search, and sustainable online growth.
As an AI advisor to the Flourish community, she focuses on helping makers understand how emerging technologies are changing discovery, customer behavior, branding, and long-term business resilience, without losing the human texture that makes handmade work meaningful.
She is also the founder of Mirabilia Boutique, a design-driven lifestyle brand centered on beauty, resonance, and thoughtful living.

Misty Henry is the compassionate voice behind The Makers Resource Shop, a place where makers come overwhelmed and worried, but leave breathing easy and proud of their legal and safe products.
As a Flourish Advisor, she helps fellow creatives move from frustration with legalese to sustainable businesses with practical tools, honest guidance, and a whole lot of heart. Misty believes makers deserve to be taken seriously and shows up for the humans behind the hustle. She's in your corner.

Brittany is an Arizona State University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Design Studies and a certificate in marketing.
As a handmade business owner herself, she understands the many hats makers have to wear while building and growing their businesses.
Her goal is to offer mockup services for makers who would rather not take on one more task, while also teaching mockup creation to those who want to learn the process for themselves.
