Sometimes you don’t need another course, checklist, or list of things to do. You need an experienced person to step into your business, look at the bigger picture, identify what needs attention, and help you bring it all together.

My Six-Week Creative Brand Management Project is a personalized, hands-on engagement designed for established product-based businesses that need focused support with their branding, website, product presentation, marketing, or overall customer experience.

Over the course of six weeks, I’ll work closely with you to evaluate where your business currently stands, determine the most valuable areas to focus on, and create a customized project plan based on your goals, needs, and available resources.

Unlike traditional coaching, this service is not limited to advice and recommendations. Depending on the scope of your project, I may also help create, organize, refine, or implement the work alongside you.

What’s Included in a Six-Week Project

  • We’ll begin by reviewing your goals, current challenges, and the work needed to prioritize. This session gives us a clear direction for our six weeks together and identifies anything needed to keep the project moving.

  • I’ll take a closer look at the areas connected to your project, which may include your branding, website, product presentation, messaging, marketing, customer experience, and current sales process.

  • You’ll receive a focused plan outlining our priorities, deliverables, and timeline. Your plan will be customized around your business, goals, available resources, and the work that can reasonably be completed within six weeks.

  • This is more than strategy and advice. Based on your agreed-upon scope, I’ll help create, organize, refine, or implement key pieces of the project alongside you.

  • We’ll remain in communication throughout the engagement to share updates, gather needed information, answer questions, review progress, and make decisions related to the project.

  • At the end of the six weeks, we’ll review what was completed, discuss any remaining recommendations, and identify the most valuable next steps for continuing your progress.

How We Make It Happen

We’ll begin with an in-depth review of your brand, online presence, current challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll develop a focused six-week project plan outlining our primary priorities and the work we’ll complete together.

Throughout the project, you’ll receive strategic guidance, creative direction, feedback, and hands-on support based on your customized scope.

Because this is a project-based engagement, specific deliverables will be determined before the project begins. The goal is not to overhaul every part of your business in six weeks, but to focus our time and attention on the areas most likely to create meaningful progress.

Investment

Six-week projects begin at $3,600.

To get started, complete the application below and tell me a little about your business, your current needs, and what you hope to accomplish during our six weeks together.

After reviewing your application, I’ll contact you if I believe the project is a good fit and invite you to schedule an initial consultation. During our conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, priorities, timeline, and the areas where you need the most support.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended priorities, deliverables, timeline, and total investment. A 50% deposit will be required to accept the proposal and reserve your project dates. The remaining balance will be due midway through the six-week engagement.
