Commerce Consultant | Sales Strategist | Community Builder | Speaker

I’ve spent more than 25 years in retail and e-commerce building, running, and growing product-based businesses from the inside out. My path has included managing big box retail, owning boutiques, and building successful handmade, vintage, and resale shops online. Over the years, I’ve also worked alongside thousands of small business owners, helping them make clearer decisions about what to sell, how to present it, how to price it, and how to connect with the people buying it.

I’ve built and grown businesses on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, Faire, eBay, Poshmark, Shopify, and independent websites, so I understand both the mechanics of online selling and the day-to-day realities behind the scenes. But my real strength comes from paying attention to people. How customers shop. What makes them pause. What draws them in. How trends, timing, and presentation influence buying behavior.

Today, I work as a small business strategist and consultant, supporting product-based brands, creative entrepreneurs, and resale businesses with e-commerce strategy, site merchandising, pricing, consumer psychology, marketing, and brand development. I also collaborate with organizations and companies on community building, outreach, and growth strategy, helping them create meaningful connections around their brand.

In addition to consulting, I speak at conferences and industry events across the country, sharing practical, experience-based guidance for small product-based business owners. Much of my work is rooted in conversation and community, whether that’s through one-on-one consulting, group education, or ongoing advisory roles.

At the heart of everything I do is a people-first approach. I believe businesses grow best when strategy is clear, decisions are thoughtful, and the person behind the business feels supported, understood, and confident in the direction they’re moving.
